I’d like to write freely. At least as freely as when I write Japanese.
That’s why I started this blog.
Also, I haven’t yet reached the stage in my life where I can be indifferent about oblivion.

もともとは最近再開したPh.D.取得の目標に向かって英語文章能力を上げる目的で始めました。
自由な文学談義を展開したいと思います。

略歴: 商社OLを辞めて、1991年～1996年ニューヨーク州立大学文学部創作課修士・博士課程。
その後サンフランシスコベイエリアで会議通訳・技術翻訳。
最近再開した博士論文のために英語で小説を執筆中。
